Are your learners tuning out?

Think about what made your favorite book a page-turner or TV show so binge-worthy. The answer lies in storytelling. Is there a way to apply this powerful tool to learning content, transforming disengaged learners into active participants?

With storytelling in L&D, learners will become totally immersed in the training - think virtual reality without the goggles!

During this session, Jonathan Hill, Litmos Director of Learning Content, will share with you how to design captivating instructional stories using time-proven methodologies. You will also learn how to use effective storyboarding techniques to create a clear structure to your learning program and incorporate the use of characters to make training more relatable. And if you have any learning gaps, you will learn how to curate content that directly addresses learner needs, keeping them engaged and eager to learn.

You will leave this session feeling inspired with fresh ideas and a new approach to developing learning content that your employees want.
