IDLance was founded by our Co-Head Honchos Andrea Dottling and Dr. Parker Grant back in 2020. Since then, we've grown and supported a community of over 1,100 freelance professionals who are ready to swoop in, lend a hand, and deliver non-boring, outcome-focused solutions to your organization.

We've created tailor-made learning for a buncha' Fortune 500 companies and every industry you can think of—restaurant and hospitality industries, financial literacy non-profits, major internet communication platforms, clinical social outreach programs, higher ed, major ad agencies, and the food industries.
