Though women's representation at all levels of corporate management has increased in the 10 years since LeanIn published its first Women in the Workplace report, women remain vastly underrepresented at every level. In this year's report, data show that for every 100 men who receive their first promotion to a managerial role, just 81 women do. The imbalance deepens at higher-level leadership levels. And, despite women vastly outnumbering men in the L&D and talent development fields, the leadership situation is no better.

We can and must address the discrepancy and support women leaders at all levels.

This session, with facilitator Sierra Marquardt, looks at how we can empower women leaders—and why we need to. We'll talk about ways to bring women into the leadership pipeline and ensure they remain in leadership roles and continue to advance. Our panelists, all alumni of the Thirty Under 30 program, will share their experiences and the impact of programs like Thirty Under 30 on advancing women in learning leadership.

This will be a lively, interactive session, so bring your questions and curiosity!
